Company history

United Technology Alliance was founded in 2007 by professional owners and management, and shortly thereafter, it acquired the software development business of a dominant player in the market. This blazed a trail of the company's professional work and the software development knowledge base.

Since 2009 we have been engaged in security enhancements with great force, and our UniAlarm Dispatcher product line is quite unique in the official transmission technology - it has been introduced at several domestic and foreign fire stations. In addition to the EN54-21 certification, it meets the German VdS standards with the highest safety requirements.

Our Universal Device Management solution was completed in 2013, with which older PLC and HMI devices of industrial automation can be managed on a network basis. With this we started our involvement in industrial automation, which has since had a major and serious customer base. Also that year, the development of our UniTrack barcoded industrial tracking system started, which offers a modular and wireless solution for recording the full history of manufactured parts.

Our building automation business started in 2015, which, based on our industrial experience, basically offers intelligent and energy-saving solutions for office buildings, halls and industrial facilities. Also that year our own development center was completed.

In 2016 we became the exclusive Hungarian representative of two leading Czech PLC and building automation companies (ENIKA and AMiT), and we also established an agreement on the distribution of ABB Electro Praga fittings to provide a complete intelligent building solution for our partners. Also that year we completed our own development, the UniAlarm Fire IP Security Transmission Module, which is the world's first fire detection device with LoRaWAN technology.

In 2019, the development of our Linda Smart Vision SCADA, industrial and commercial data point monitoring and alarm system began, which ensures scalable operation on embedded target hardware and in data centers. The system includes the main industrial protocols right from the start, as well as 868Mhz Poseidon wireless data transmission in cooperation with ENIKA.cz.

In 2020, despite the pandemic, we were able to offer industrial solutions to several of our international customers even without an on-site presence, so e.g. we provided a production line migration solution for the Italian ABB exclusively via VPN and remote video access. Our control technology development project for the surrounding chemical storage provided to Doosan (Volta) was also successfully completed.

At the beginning of 2023, we transferred our Linda system and our entire building automation business to a new spin-off company, which is how Linda Smart Technologies Zrt was formed. In order to ensure organic growth and reach the EU markets, negotiations on capital raising opportunities also began.
